The beautifully symmetrical design of this 3 storey office block with a spacious open floor on each level. Its main usage is to lease to companies and organizations which can house 150 people per floor

In collaboration with Sunshare Consultants the famous multi-storey building located off Great East Road behind Radisson Blue Hotel. The building designed with its own unique identity has a beautiful outlook which is pleasing on the eyes. The building has various uses with 9 floors of office space, lounge, lobby, hall and an underground garage to accommodate all personnel.
