York Commercial Park
In a joint venture with DBM Architects York Commercial Park is situated along Kafue Road in Lusaka, Zambia. Ground Zero Architects was responsible for the supervision and inspection during the construction of the buildings. The project consisted a block of 8 Warehouse Mini Units and Spec Building. These are building catered for the leasing out to prospective tenants.
Ben Pris
With a plinth area of 2,157.22 square meters. A four unit warehouse block inclusive of parking and a cafeteria for tenants to be able use for the business. This design was thought out for the conviniance, efficiency and space in mind.
ABSA Bank Zambia Branches
We have a longstanding relationship with ABSA Bank Zambia being responsible for the refurbishment of various branches across the country from Lusaka to Petauke. The banking hall designs provide comfortability for clients and banking personnel.
Mulundu Properties
Mulundu House is a multipurpose building for marketing and procurement accompanies with 3 large warehouses and a loading parking area. The building is located in Garden house which is known for industrial building structures. Mulundu house works in tandem with Black Dot Media House
HUATE Zambia
The HUATE Zambia Headquarters is a striking example of modern architectural excellence, blending functionality with aesthetics. Located in a serene environment, the project showcases meticulous planning and innovative design, tailored to meet both corporate and environmental needs. Ground Zero oversaw the construction phase in collaboration with HUATE Project team to ensure it meets Zambian architectural standards.
